Our 8th graders teamed up with Kindergarten to bring Love Monster by Rachel Bright to life! After reading together, the 8th graders helped each Kindergartener design and decorate their own monster, then stitched them into felt creations. Such a fun, creative bonding experience! #LoveMonster #BuddyClassrooms #CreativityInAction
The eighth grade (with Mrs. Farr’s guidance) teamed up with Mrs. Yocum’s Kindergarten class to read Love Monster by Rachel Bright. Each eighth grader paired with a Kindergartener to enjoy the story, then helped them design and decorate their own unique monster! Afterward, the 8th graders turned these designs into handmade stuffed monsters, using felt and plenty of care. The Kindergarteners were thrilled to receive their creations brought to life! #LearningTogether #CreativityInClassroom #KindnessInAction
