Mound City R-2

MSHSAA Sports Physicals.…Mound City Family Medicine will be at Mound City R-2 to provide sports physicals on Wednesday, May 15th starting at 9:00am. It is a flat $25 fee due the day of the physical and they accept cash or checks made payable to Mound City Family Medicine. Athletes can sign up on the sheet located outside of the high school office. Copies of the MSHSAA physical form are located there as well for the athletes/parents to complete their portion prior to the time of the appointment. Sports physicals are now approved for 2-year cycles. If you are not certain if an athlete needs a physical, you can contact Mr. Shipman in the HS office.
